In 2025\, marking its 20th anniversary\, AidWatch releases its report at a moment widely regarded as a turning point for international cooperation and ODA. This year’s report calls on EU Member States and institutions to reform ODA governance to restore its credibility\, and offers key recommendations to restore ODA’s purpose. \nThe 2025 AidWatch launch will be an opportunity to reflect on how ODA has evolved over the past 20 years\, delve into the data behind the report\, and discuss forward-looking recommendations to realign ODA with its initial purpose. \nThe event will also bring together the analysts\, advocates\, policymakers\, and civil society partners who have shaped AidWatch throughout the years – as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the report. \nShould you have any questions\, please contact our Policy and Advocacy Adviser Lur Fernandez Salinas (lur.fernandez-salinas@concordeurope.org)
