Isabella is Director of Global Advocacy at LM International and a Board Member of CONCORD Sweden. Her professional background combines work at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, with humanitarian response and partnership-building in several fragile and conflict-affected contexts, and advocacy and policy engagement in Brussels and at the international level.

Her experience working on the Sudan refugee response in Chad shaped her commitment to ensuring that the EU, as a leading global actor, champions human development and poverty reduction as the essential foundations for global prosperity and stability.

As a member of CONCORD’s Board, Isabella is committed to supporting National Platforms, fostering collaboration across European civil society networks, and ensuring that EU external action aligns Europe’s strategic interests with the realities of partner countries to build equitable and sustainable value-based partnerships.
