Letter to Ministers ahead of 16 May 2019 EU FAC Development meeting

On 16 May 2019, EU Member State Ministers responsible for Development Cooperation met in Brussels for their semestral meeting to discuss and adopt conclusions on the most important topics in the development agenda. With this letter, CONCORD provided recommendations ahead of the meeting.
