Enabling Civic Space – CONCORD’s Recommendations for the new EU Civil Society Strategy

This paper seeks to complement CONCORD’s previous paper “Standing strong in the storm: an EU strategy to safeguard civic space worldwide”, by providing an overview of the context and key trends that affect CSOs today.

It proposes a set of key actions per pillar of the strategy as proposed by the European Commission.
