Informal Foreign Affairs Council meeting on 14 September 2018

Ahead of the Informal Foreign Affairs Council on 14 September 2018, this letter raises crucial issues and suggests recommendations regarding the Heading VI: Neighbourhood and the World within the new Multiannual Financial Framework 2021- 2027 (MFF); in particular with regard to the proposed Regulation establishing the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI).
