Two new reports on a striking shift in EU development funding: CONCORD Newsletter March 2026

In the first newsletter to kick-off the year,  CONCORD presents its two latest reports, “Who Still Holds the Lion’s Share?” and “Blended Finance and the Illusion of Development” written together with ActionAid and Eurodad.  

The two reports tell a striking story: as the EU prepares its next long-term budget, development objectives risk being overshadowed by geopolitical and investment-driven priorities, while organisations working closest to communities face shrinking and increasingly uncertain access to funding.
