Plan International Finland is seeking an experienced institutional fundraiser with strong expertise in designing humanitarian and development programmes. In this role, you will lead the growth of their programme portfolio that focuses on mobilizing resources from the EU and multilateral institutions. You will be the owner of the institutional funding roadmap responsible for analysing the institutional donor environment and translating your analysis into a strategic action plan for Plan International Finland.
