Since 2005, CONCORD’s AidWatch reports have monitored and made recommendations on the quantity and quality of aid provided by the EU and its Member States. Likewise, for many CSOs the EU partnership is a vital source of income for their programmes. In recent years, the changes in EU international cooperation programmes have impacted the distribution and diversity of EU funding for CSOs.
