Reporting back from CONCORD General Assembly 2018
Our 15th General Assembly gathered our members in Brussels in June 2018, marking several important milestones for our Confederation: new statutes, renewal of half the board and new financial guidelines. System failure exposed: aid shrinks as refugee costs decrease
For the first time since 2012, total aid has globally decreased (by 0.6%); according to the latest statistics of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC). This drop can be explained by the decline of in-donor refugee costs reported as aid (-13.6% on 2016).
