CONCORD’s Human Rights Based-Approach task force conducted an evaluation, monitoring the extent to which the HRBA is applied in CONCORD’s internal methods of working. Based on observations and interviews, the report gives recommendations on how to implement HRBA on all levels.

The key findings of this report are based on observations and interviews. They consist of suggested items that can help CONCORD’s staff and members better implement a Human Rights-Based Approach in their governing bodies’ meeting and events, such as:

  • The accessibility to information should be checked
  • The registration form should invite audience to specify accessibility requirements
  • Venues should be visited to ensure it is accessible to people with disabilities
  • Ensure a balanced proportion of women and men attending
